#646 Eric Frohardt

Episode 646 - Eric Frohardt is a First Class Father, former Navy SEAL and COO of DEFY, a leader in premium performance beverages and wellness products.  Eric served on multiple SEAL Teams including DEVGRU, the Naval Special Warfare Development Group better known as SEAL Team Six.  He joined the Navy and tried out for the SEALs after a friend bet him that he couldn’t make it through the training and become a frogman.  Needless to say Eric won the bet and went on to serve at the highest level for 12 years before being medically retired.  He recently teamed up with Pro Football Hall of Fame Running Back Terrell Davis (Guest on Episode #264) to run DEFY which specializes in Performance Drinks and workout recovery.  

In this Episode, Eric shares his Fatherhood journey which includes four children.  He discusses how he was able to maintain a successful marriage while serving in the SEAL Teams which has a 90% divorce rate.  He describes the importance of his faith and the values he is instilling in his kids.  He talks about DEFY and the future of the company.  He offers some great advice for new or soon-to-be dads and more!
