Episode 522 Rickson Gracie is a First Class Father, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Martial Arts Legend. He is a member of the Gracie family, the most prominent martial arts family, the third oldest son of Hélio Gracie. Rickson reigned as world Jiu Jitsu champion in both the middle heavyweight and open divisions. He retired from fighting with an undefeated record. In November 2014 he became an inductee of the Legends of MMA Hall of Fame.
