Episode 255 Dan Mulroy is a First Class Father and Retired Navy SEAL. He spent 14 years as a Navy SEAL where he managed operations for a 135 member SEAL Team. He has made a successful transition out of the military and is currently a leadership and strategy Coach. Just before the birth of his daughter, Dan was diagnosed with cancer.
