Episode 236 Scott Flansbaum is a First Class Father and Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. While undergoing routine surgery, he became paralyzed from the waist down. Doctors told him that he would never walk again. Over the last year since the incident, Scott has worked hard to overcome the odds and has since not only been able to walk but has completed a 10k race with the assistance of his wife and Former Navy SEAL Dom Raso. He now mentors other quadriplegics and is an inspiration to thousands of people. In this Episode, Scott talks about how the injury has changed his life as a father, the impact this tragedy has had on his family and how they have become stronger through it all. He also offers some great advice for New or About to be Dads and much more. Also in this Episode I mention the recent diving accident which paralyzed Pat Force who is now fighting through his own recovery.
