Episode 208 Larry Brown is a First Class Father, Grandfather and Vietnam Veteran. He is the Gold Star Father of Navy SEAL Team Six Operator Adam Brown who was killed in action on March 17, 2010 in Afghanistan. Adam Brown’s incredibly inspiring life story is wonderfully told by Eric Blehm in the book Fearless: The Undaunted Courage and Ultimate Sacrifice of Navy SEAL Team SIX Operator Adam Brown. In this Memorial Day Episode, Larry shares some memories of his son, talks about his reaction to the book and recounts how much Adam loved being a Dad. Adam’s story has made a big impact on my life personally and it was a tremendous honor for me to speak with Larry on the podcast.
